The Jetpeso Platform (accessible via websites or our mobile application, collectively referred to as "Jetpeso"), is operated by SNAPCASH LENDING, INC., a corporation established under Philippine law.

1. Personal Phone Number: Your phone number will be collected for account registration and login. This data will also be encrypted and stored securely
2. SMS: We send you one-time-password (OTP) through text messages when you register in our app. You will need to input the OTP information in our application so we can validate your phone number and check your identity.
3. Emergency Contacts: We will collect your contact details you select and verify the authenticity of your emergency contacts, to assist risk control measures. We will only use this information when we are not able to contact you
4. Location Data: We collect your approximate location data to confirm the device being used and determine potential fraudulent activities.
5. Camera Access: Your camera may be used to capture documents for verification purposes.
6. Images: We collect your ID images and face images so we can review the authentication of the application information you provided and make sure you are really you
7. Credit Information: We require accurate personal and financial details to assess your loan eligibility and to provide you with funding. All uploaded information must be authentic to avoid application rejection.
8. Cellphone information: We may collect information such as your device ID, mobile operating system, operating system version number, mobile phone manufacturer, carrier, mobile phone model, network type, system language, IP address, screen resolution for anti-fraud purposes.
9. Application List: We collect your application list, including package names, package versions, and application installation times, to build and refine our risk management model. As an unsecured loan provider, the risk management model is the core component to enable us to provide you with our financial services. Otherwise, we cannot provide you our loan services
10. Other Personal Information: We may also ask you for your name, birthday, email addresses, social media information, residence addresses etc. during your application process. The information is used to validate your are a legitimate and trustworthy person
